Ingredients

  • 3 cups 2% Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup granola
  • 3 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 3 tbsp honey

Instructions

1

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. If using strawberries, hull and slice them into smaller pieces.

2

In a medium-sized bowl, toss the mixed berries gently to combine them evenly.

3

Divide 1 cup of Greek yogurt evenly among three glasses or bowls as the first yogurt layer.

4

Spoon a thick layer of mixed berries over the yogurt in each glass or bowl, using about one-third of the berries per parfait.

5

Top the berry layer with approximately 1 tablespoon of granola in each glass.

6

Add another 1 cup layer of Greek yogurt to each glass, smoothing it over the granola with the back of a spoon.

7

Finish with a final layer of mixed berries, dividing the remaining berries evenly among the parfaits.

8

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts over the top of each parfait for added crunch.

9

Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over each parfait for sweetness.

10

Serve immediately and enjoy the layers of flavors and textures.
