Ingredients

  • 4 cups Low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups Mixed berries
  • 1 cup Granola
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts

Instructions

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under cold water and drain any excess water. Set aside.

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons of honey until well combined.

Take a serving glass or bowl and start layering the parfait. Begin with a layer of Greek yogurt mixture at the bottom.

Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt.

Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.

Repeat the layers of yogurt, berries, and granola until the glass or bowl is full, finishing with a layer of yogurt on top.

Drizzle the remaining 2 tablespoons of honey over the top layer of yogurt.

Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top for a crunchy finish.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour to allow the layers to set slightly before serving.
