Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberry, blueberry)
  • 1 cup low-sugar granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds or flax seeds

Instructions

1

Wash the mixed berries gently in cold water and drain them well to remove excess water.

2

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, lightly toss the mixed berries together to combine them evenly.

3

In another bowl, mix the plain Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of honey (optional) to add a touch of sweetness.

4

Gather your serving glasses or bowls for layering the parfait.

5

Start the layering process by adding 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt to the base of each glass or bowl.

6

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of granola over the yogurt layer in each glass or bowl.

7

Add a few mixed berries to the top of the granola, using about 2 tablespoons per serving.

8

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of chia seeds or flax seeds over the berries for added nutrition.

9

Repeat layers until all the ingredients are used up, finishing with a beautiful top layer of mixed berries and a slight drizzle of the remaining honey, if desired.
