Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries)
  • 1/3 cup low-sugar granola
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the plain Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.

Take a serving glass or small bowl and add a layer containing half of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.

Sprinkle half of the mixed berries over the yogurt layer in the glass.

Add half of the granola on top of the berries.

Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds over the granola layer.

Repeat the layers by adding the remaining yogurt mixture, then the remaining berries, and granola.

Top the parfait with the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds for garnish.

Serve the parfait immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour if preferred chilled.
