  • 1.5 cups Mixed sautéed vegetables
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the mixed sautéed vegetables to the pan, stirring occasionally until heated through, about 3-5 minutes.

Add the cooked whole-grain pasta to the pan, stirring to combine with the vegetables.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste, ensuring all ingredients are well-mixed.

Remove the pan from heat and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the pasta. Toss gently to combine.
