Add the cooked whole-grain pasta to the pan, stirring to combine with the vegetables.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste, ensuring all ingredients are well-mixed.
Remove the pan from heat and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the pasta. Toss gently to combine.
Serve hot, portioning out the pasta primavera into bowls or plates.
