Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 250 ml Almond milk
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup
  • 1 sliced Kiwi

Instructions

1

In a mixing bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of chia seeds with 250 ml of almond milk. Stir well to ensure that the chia seeds are fully submerged.

2

Add 1 teaspoon of maple syrup to the mixture and stir again to incorporate the sweetness evenly.

3

Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the chia seeds to soak and expand for at least 3 hours, or overnight if preferred, until they have absorbed the liquid and the mixture has thickened into a pudding-like consistency.

4

Once the pudding has set, take it out of the refrigerator and give it a good stir to ensure an even texture.

5

Serve the chia pudding in a bowl or glass, and top with sliced kiwi for a fresh and fruity garnish.
