Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

1

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of rolled oats and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. Stir together to mix the dry ingredients.

2

Pour 2 cups of almond milk into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. Make sure all oats and chia seeds are submerged in the liquid.

3

Add 2 tablespoons of honey to the mixture and stir well to ensure it is evenly distributed.

4

Gently fold in 1 cup of mixed berries, distributing them evenly throughout the oats mixture.

5

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 8 hours to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and soften.

6

Before serving, give the oats a good stir to ensure everything is well mixed. You can add more almond milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
