  • 8 pieces taco shells
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 0.5 cup salsa
  • 0.5 cup cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.

Season the cooked beef with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, stirring well to combine.
