Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup Mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup Low-sugar granola
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Sliced almonds

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey until well combined. This will subtly sweeten the yogurt.

Take a serving glass or bowl and add a layer of half the yogurt mixture at the bottom.

Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt. Use half of the berries for this layer.

Sprinkle half of the chia seeds evenly over the berry layer.

Top with a layer of half the granola and sliced almonds, evenly distributed.

Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, mixed berries, chia seeds, granola, and almonds.

Serve immediately to maintain the crunchiness of the granola, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours for a chilled dessert.
