Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Peel and cube the sweet potato into 2 cm pieces. Toss them with 1/2 tsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish. Season with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp fresh dill, and squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the top.
Put the baking sheet with the sweet potatoes and the baking dish with the salmon into the oven. Roast the sweet potatoes for 25-30 minutes until tender and golden. Bake the salmon for 15-18 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
While the salmon and sweet potatoes are cooking, steam the broccoli. Bring a pot of water to a boil and place a steamer basket on top. Add the broccoli florets and cover. Steam for about 5-7 minutes, or until bright green and tender-crisp. Season with a pinch of salt and lemon zest from the remaining lemon.
Once everything is cooked, plate the salmon, sweet potato, and broccoli. Garnish the salmon with the remaining fresh dill and serve with a lemon wedge.
