Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (2% fat)
  • 1 cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup Low-sugar granola
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds

Instructions

Wash and pat dry the berries. If using larger strawberries, you may want to slice them into smaller pieces.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of honey and mix well until smooth and creamy.

Take two glasses or serving bowls. Start by spooning a layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom of each glass.

Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt.

Sprinkle some low-sugar granola over the berries.

Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of berries on top.

Drizzle the remaining honey over the top of each parfait.

Sprinkle chia seeds over each parfait for a nutritious crunch.
