  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/3 cup granola (low-sugar)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

Divide half of the Greek yogurt into two serving glasses or bowls, creating the first layer.

Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt, using half of the berries for each glass or bowl.

Sprinkle half of the chia seeds over the berry layer in each glass or bowl.

Drizzle half of the honey over the chia seeds in each glass or bowl.

Add a layer of the remaining Greek yogurt over the honey, dividing it between the two serving glasses or bowls.
