Wash the mixed berries gently and pat them dry with a paper towel. If the strawberries are large, slice them into smaller pieces.
In each serving glass, begin by adding 1/6 of the Greek yogurt (about 100 g) to form the first layer.
Sprinkle a layer of granola over the yogurt (about 20 g) in each glass, followed by a few berries (around 37.5 g).
Drizzle 1 tsp of honey over the berries in each glass.
If using, sprinkle about 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds over the honey.
Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients: add another layer of yogurt (100 g), granola (20 g), berries (37.5 g), and finish with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of sliced almonds (10 g per glass).
Garnish the parfaits with a sprig of fresh mint before serving.
Serve immediately to enjoy the crunchy, creamy, and fresh flavors.
