  • 500 g Gnocchi
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 100 g Baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • to taste N/A Salt
  • to taste N/A Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg

Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions, typically about 2-3 minutes. Once they float to the top, they're done. Drain the gnocchi and set aside.

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the baby spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the Alfredo sauce and bring it to a gentle simmer.

Add nutmeg, salt, and black pepper to the sauce. Stir to combine.

Add the cooked gnocchi to the pan with the Alfredo sauce and spinach. Gently toss to coat the gnocchi with the sauce.
