Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup Mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup Low-sugar granola
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Sliced almonds

Instructions

In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey. Stir well to blend the honey evenly into the yogurt.

Divide half of the Greek yogurt mixture evenly between two serving glasses or bowls.

Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt in each glass, using about 1/4 cup of the berries per serving.

Sprinkle half of the chia seeds evenly over the berries in each glass.

Add the remaining Greek yogurt mixture on top of the berry layers in each glass.

Top each parfait with the remaining mixed berries, evenly distributing them between the two servings.

Sprinkle the granola and sliced almonds over the top of each parfait evenly.
