Rinse mixed berries under cold water and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Slice strawberries if they are too big.
In a small bowl, combine chia seeds with 2 tablespoons of water, stir well, and let it sit for 5 minutes until it starts to gel slightly.
In serving glasses or bowls, start by adding a layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom, about 1/3 cup per glass.
Drizzle a small amount of honey or maple syrup over the yogurt layer for sweetness.
Add a heaped tablespoon of mixed berries over the yogurt in each glass.
Sprinkle a tablespoon of granola over the berries.
Add a second layer of Greek yogurt, about 1/3 cup in each glass.
Top the second layer with some of the chia seed mixture, equally distributed among the glasses.
Add another layer of mixed berries, as you did before.
Finish with a final dollop of yogurt and the remaining granola.
Sprinkle slivered almonds on top for extra crunch.
Optionally, drizzle a little more honey or maple syrup on top before serving.
