Ingredients

  • 9 slices Whole-grain bread
  • 12 oz Sliced turkey breast (deli or roasted)
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 2 sliced Avocados
  • 2 sliced Tomato
  • 6 leaves Lettuce
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 6 cups Mixed greens
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • to taste N/A Salt
  • to taste N/A Pepper

Instructions

Toast the whole-grain bread slices until golden brown. Set aside.

Spread 1/2 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of each toasted bread slice.

Layer turkey slices evenly over three of the bread slices with mayonnaise.

Top the turkey layer with sliced avocados, sliced tomatoes, and lettuce leaves evenly spread.

Place a slice of cooked bacon on top of the vegetables of each layered bread slice.

Stack the bread layers: one slice topped with turkey and vegetables, another slice topped the same way, then covered with the third slice with mayonnaise side down. Secure each sandwich with toothpicks.

Slice each club sandwich diagonally into quarters for easy serving.

Toss the mixed greens in a large bowl with olive oil and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
