Wash and gently pat dry the mixed berries. Set aside.
In a glass or bowl, add half of the Greek yogurt, spreading it evenly at the bottom.
Layer half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
Sprinkle a teaspoon of chia seeds over the berry layer.
Drizzle about half a tablespoon of honey over the berries and chia seeds.
Add half of the granola on top of the previous layer.
Repeat the layers: add the remaining Greek yogurt, followed by the remaining mixed berries, chia seeds, honey, and granola.
Serve immediately for a fresh and crunchy parfait. Optionally, you can chill it in the fridge for a bit to let the flavors meld if you prefer a colder treat.
