Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/3 cup Granola
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds

Instructions

Wash and gently pat dry the mixed berries. Set aside.

In a glass or bowl, add half of the Greek yogurt, spreading it evenly at the bottom.

Layer half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt.

Sprinkle a teaspoon of chia seeds over the berry layer.

Drizzle about half a tablespoon of honey over the berries and chia seeds.

Add half of the granola on top of the previous layer.

Repeat the layers: add the remaining Greek yogurt, followed by the remaining mixed berries, chia seeds, honey, and granola.

Serve immediately for a fresh and crunchy parfait. Optionally, you can chill it in the fridge for a bit to let the flavors meld if you prefer a colder treat.
