Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt (2%)
  • 1/2 cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries)
  • 1/3 cup Whole-grain granola
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey

Instructions

In a medium-sized bowl or glass, start by layering 1/2 of the plain Greek yogurt at the bottom.

Sprinkle half of the chia seeds over the yogurt evenly.

Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt and chia seeds, distributing them evenly.

Drizzle about 1/2 teaspoon of honey over the berries, to taste.

Add a layer consisting of half of the granola over the berries and honey.

Repeat the layers by adding the remaining yogurt, followed by the remaining chia seeds, berries, remaining 1/2 teaspoon of honey, and the last portion of granola.

Optionally, garnish the parfait with a few additional berries or a sprinkle of chia seeds for presentation.
