Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly and let them drain in a colander.

In a medium-sized bowl, add the plain 2% Greek yogurt. Stir the yogurt briefly to achieve a smooth consistency.

Divide the yogurt into two serving glasses or bowls, ensuring an equal amount in each.

Top the yogurt in each glass with an even layer of mixed berries.

Sprinkle half of the granola over the berries in each glass.

Add 1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts on top of the granola in each serving.

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over the top of each parfait for added sweetness.
