Ingredients

  • 170 g plain Greek yogurt (2% fat)
  • 40 g granola
  • 75 g mixed berries (strawberries/blueberries/raspberries)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • small handful g chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)

Instructions

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under running water and drain them well. Pat them dry with a paper towel if needed.

Measure out 170g of plain Greek yogurt and set it aside.

In a small glass or bowl, add half of the Greek yogurt at the bottom.

Sprinkle half of the granola over the yogurt layer evenly.

Layer half of the mixed berries over the granola.

Repeat the layers by adding the remaining Greek yogurt, then the rest of the granola, and finally the remaining mixed berries.

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over the top of the parfait for added sweetness, if using.

Garnish with a small handful of chopped nuts on top for a crunchy texture, if using.

Serve immediately as a delightful breakfast or snack.
