Total: 10 minutes
BreakfastDessertHealthyEasy

Ingredients

  • 200 g Greek yogurt (plain, 2%)
  • 50 g granola
  • 100 g mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

1

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly and pat them dry using a paper towel. Gently slice the strawberries into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and chia seeds. Stir well until the chia seeds are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt.

3

Take a serving glass or bowl. Spoon a third of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of the glass.

4

Layer a third of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer in the glass.

5

Drizzle a little of the honey over the berries for added sweetness.

6

Sprinkle a third of the granola on top of the berries and honey, creating a crunchy layer.

7

Repeat the layers: Add another third of the yogurt, followed by berries, a drizzle of honey, and granola. Do this once more to finish the parfait, ending with granola on top.

8

Finish by drizzling the remaining honey on top of the final granola layer. Optionally, garnish with a few extra berries or a small mint leaf for decoration.
