Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (2% fat)
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts

Instructions

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a glass or bowl, add 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt as the first layer.

Sprinkle a portion of the mixed berries over the yogurt layer.

Add half of the granola on top of the berries.

Drizzle half a tablespoon of honey over the granola.

Repeat the layers by adding the remaining Greek yogurt, followed by the rest of the berries, and another layer of granola.

Top the parfait with chopped walnuts for a crunchy finish and drizzle with the remaining honey.
