Slice the sub rolls in half lengthwise, keeping them connected on one side.
Drizzle about half a tablespoon of olive oil on the inside of each sub roll. Lightly sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides of the rolls.
Layer the cold cuts evenly on the bottom half of each roll, starting with the salami, followed by the ham.
Arrange the provolone cheese slices evenly over the meat layers.
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, then place one leaf on top of the cheese on each sandwich.
Slice the tomato into thin rounds and distribute them evenly across the three sandwiches, laying them over the lettuce.
Close the subs with the top half of the rolls. Press the sandwiches gently to help the ingredients bind together.
Slice each sandwich in half at a diagonal and serve them fresh.
