Slice the grilled chicken breasts into thin strips and set aside.
Wash and dry the mixed salad greens, then place them in a large salad bowl.
Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the salad bowl.
Peel the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, and slice it into thin half-moons. Add to the salad bowl.
Crumble the feta cheese over the salad.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Top the salad with the sliced grilled chicken strips.
