Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the canned tomatoes, marinara sauce, black beans, chickpeas, and kidney beans. Stir to combine.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, and peanut butter to the bean and tomato mixture. Stir well to incorporate the peanut butter into the sauce.
Allow the sauce to simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve the cooked pasta topped with the bean marinara sauce. Garnish with additional sesame oil if desired.
