In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of chia seeds with 2 cups of almond milk.
Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup to the bowl and whisk thoroughly to combine all the ingredients together, ensuring that there are no clumps of chia seeds.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture to a jar with a lid.
Refrigerate the mixture for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken the pudding.
Once the pudding has set, give it a good stir to break up any clumps. If the pudding is too thick, you can add a little more almond milk to achieve your desired consistency.
Cut the fresh fruit into bite-sized pieces. You can use strawberries, blueberries, bananas, or any fruit you prefer as a topping.
Spoon the chia seed pudding into serving bowls or jars, and top with the fresh fruit of your choice.
Serve immediately, or cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Enjoy your healthy and delicious chia seed pudding!
