Ingredients

  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup granola
  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

Divide the Greek yogurt into three equal portions, approximately 1 cup per serving.

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel. If using strawberries, slice them into halves or quarters if they are large.

In each serving glass or bowl, layer 1/4 cup of granola, followed by 1 cup of Greek yogurt.

Top the yogurt with a layer of mixed berries, distributing them evenly between the servings.

Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the berries for each serving, adjusting the amount to taste if preferred.

Optionally, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chia seeds or ground flaxseed on top of each parfait for added nutrition.
