Divide the Greek yogurt into three equal portions, approximately 1 cup per serving.
Wash the mixed berries thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel. If using strawberries, slice them into halves or quarters if they are large.
In each serving glass or bowl, layer 1/4 cup of granola, followed by 1 cup of Greek yogurt.
Top the yogurt with a layer of mixed berries, distributing them evenly between the servings.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the berries for each serving, adjusting the amount to taste if preferred.
Optionally, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chia seeds or ground flaxseed on top of each parfait for added nutrition.
Repeat the layers if more height or layers are desired, ensuring an appealing visual presentation.
Serve the parfaits immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve (preferably within an hour).
