Ingredients

  • 3 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • 3/4 cup granola
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix the nonfat Greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons of honey and lemon zest. Stir until well combined.

Spoon 1/3 cup of the yogurt mixture into each of four serving glasses or bowls.

Divide 1 cup of the mixed berries evenly over the yogurt in the serving glasses.

Add another layer with the remaining yogurt, making sure to distribute it evenly among the four glasses.

Sprinkle the granola evenly over the top of each glass.

Top each parfait with the remaining berries, dividing them evenly.

Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of honey over the top of each parfait.

Serve immediately, and enjoy!
