Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the roast turkey breast into even pieces, about 1/4 inch thick.
Place the turkey slices on a baking dish and heat in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes to warm them up.
While the turkey is warming, in a small saucepan, gently heat the mashed potatoes over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until warmed through. Add a splash of milk if needed to achieve your desired consistency.
Toss the roasted Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and place in the oven with the turkey for about 5-7 minutes or until heated through.
In a small saucepan, warm the turkey gravy over low heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.
When everything is heated, plate the meal: serve the sliced turkey breast alongside a scoop of mashed potatoes and arrange the Brussels sprouts on the side. Drizzle the turkey gravy over the turkey slices.
Serve immediately and enjoy your meal!
