Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the 5 oz of lean ground turkey Bolognese sauce to the pan and heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally, until warm (about 5 minutes).
Meanwhile, reheat the cooked whole-wheat pasta by placing it in a microwave-safe bowl and microwaving for 1-2 minutes, or until warmed through.
Once the Bolognese sauce is heated, add the warmed pasta to the saucepan and stir to combine well. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Transfer the pasta and Bolognese mixture to a serving plate and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.
In a large bowl, toss the mixed green salad with 2 tablespoons of light salad dressing. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
Serve the pasta with the side salad for a complete meal.
