  • 170 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 40 g granola
  • 100 g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a clear glass or a bowl, add half of the Greek yogurt (85g) as the first layer.

Evenly distribute half of the mixed berries over the yogurt.

Drizzle half of the honey (1/2 tbsp) over the berries for a touch of natural sweetness.

Sprinkle half of the chia seeds (1/2 tbsp) on top of the honey.

Add the remaining Greek yogurt (85g) over the chia seeds.

Layer with the remaining mixed berries.

Drizzle the remaining honey (1/2 tbsp) over the second layer of berries.

Top with the remaining chia seeds (1/2 tbsp).

Finally, sprinkle the granola (40g) on top to add a crunchy texture.
