Chop the grilled chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, then tear it into bite-sized pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Toss them well until the lettuce is evenly coated with the dressing.
Add the chopped grilled chicken breast to the salad and toss again to distribute the ingredients evenly.
Season the salad with salt and black pepper to taste, tossing once more to ensure flavors are well mixed.
Transfer the salad to serving plates, and sprinkle the rest of the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Garnish each plate with croutons before serving.
