Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil to prevent sticking, and grill or cook in the skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Once cooked, remove the chicken breasts and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing them into thin strips.
While the chicken rests, wash and dry the romaine lettuce, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and sliced chicken.
Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad, and gently toss to coat.
Add the croutons and Parmesan cheese to the salad, and toss again until everything is well mixed.
Serve immediately on plates or bowls.
