  • 75 g mixed berries (strawberries/blueberries/raspberries)
  • 25 g crunchy granola
  • 10 g chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

In a medium-sized bowl or glass, add half of the Greek yogurt (100 g) to form the first layer of the parfait.

Evenly distribute half of the mixed berries (37.5 g) over the yogurt layer, creating a colorful fruit layer.

Sprinkle half of the crunchy granola (12.5 g) over the berries to add a crunchy texture to the parfait.

Repeat the layers by adding the remaining Greek yogurt (100 g) on top of the granola.
