Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the turkey meatballs.
Cook the turkey meatballs for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the spiralized zucchini to the skillet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the zucchini noodles begin to soften.
Pour in the marinara sauce and cooked brown rice, stirring to combine with the zucchini noodles. Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
Return the meatballs to the skillet, nestling them into the sauce and noodles. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the top.
Cover the skillet and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Serve hot, garnished with extra grated Parmesan if desired.
