Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels. Season with salt and black pepper on all sides.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, fresh rosemary, and fresh thyme.
Rub the herb mixture all over the pork tenderloin, ensuring it is evenly coated.
Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes. Place them in one half of a large baking sheet.
Trim the ends of the green beans and place them on the other half of the baking sheet.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the sweet potatoes and green beans. Season with salt and pepper, then toss to coat evenly.
Make a small clearing in the center of the baking sheet and place the herb-crusted pork tenderloin there.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Stir the vegetables halfway through the cooking time to ensure even roasting.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Slice the pork tenderloin and serve alongside the roasted sweet potatoes and green beans.
