Total: 10 minutes
BreakfastSnacksDesserts

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 cups Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup Granola
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds

Instructions

1

In a medium bowl, mix the plain Greek yogurt with chia seeds. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes to let the chia seeds soften.

2

Wash and dry the mixed berries. Hull and slice the strawberries if they are large. Combine all berries in a separate bowl.

3

In serving glasses or bowls, layer 1/4 cup of the yogurt and chia seed mixture at the bottom of each glass.

4

Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt, using about 2-3 tablespoons of berries per glass.

5

Drizzle about 1 teaspoon of honey over the berries in each glass.

6

Add a layer of granola, using about 2 tablespoons per glass.

7

Repeat the layers: add another 1/4 cup of yogurt on top of the granola, followed by more berries, another teaspoon of honey, and finally a little more granola and yogurt if space allows.

8

Top each parfait with a few more berries for garnish and a final drizzle of honey.
