Ingredients

  • 600 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 120 g crunchy granola
  • 225 g mixed berries
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 30 g sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • for garnish optional fresh mint

Instructions

Prepare the mixed berries by washing them thoroughly under cold water and patting them dry with a paper towel.

Divide the Greek yogurt evenly into three serving glasses or bowls, placing 200 g of yogurt in each.

Layer each glass with 40 g of crunchy granola on top of the yogurt.

Add approximately 75 g of mixed berries over the granola in each glass, ensuring an even distribution of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries in each serving.

Drizzle 1 tsp of honey over the berry layer in each glass.

Sprinkle each serving with about 10 g of sliced almonds.

If using, add a sprinkle of chia seeds to each parfait for added texture and nutrition.
