Total: 10 minutes
BreakfastEggsQuick & Easy

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1

Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and add the milk. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and the yolks are fully broken up.

2

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Allow it to melt and coat the pan evenly.

3

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Let it sit without stirring for about 10 seconds until the edges start to set.

4

Using a spatula, gently pull the eggs from the edges into the center of the pan. Continue to do this until the eggs form large curds.

5

Season with salt and pepper. Continue cooking and gently folding the eggs until just set, around 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat slightly before they are fully cooked as they will continue to cook in the residual heat.

6

Serve immediately while hot. Enjoy your classic scrambled eggs with your choice of sides like toast or avocado.
