  • 170 g plain Greek yogurt (2%)
  • 50 g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 30 g granola
  • 21 g honey
  • 15 g chopped almonds

Instructions

Gather all the ingredients: 170 g plain Greek yogurt (2%), 50 g mixed berries, 30 g granola, 1 tbsp (21 g) honey, and 15 g chopped almonds.

In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with half of the honey (about 10.5 g). Stir until well combined and smooth.

In a serving glass or bowl, begin layering the parfait. Start with half of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.

Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.

Sprinkle half of the granola over the berries.

Add a layer of half of the chopped almonds on top of the granola.

Repeat the layers: Add the remaining yogurt, then the rest of the berries, followed by the remaining granola, and finally the rest of the almonds.

Drizzle the remaining honey over the top layer of almonds.
