Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions

Prepare four glasses or dessert bowls for serving.

Spoon 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each glass.

Divide the mixed berries evenly among the glasses, adding a layer on top of the yogurt.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of granola over the berries in each glass.

Add another layer of 1/4 cup Greek yogurt over the granola in each glass.

Top with the remaining berries, dividing them equally among the glasses.

Sprinkle the chopped walnuts evenly over the top layer of berries.

Drizzle 1/2 teaspoon of honey over each parfait.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving to keep the granola crunchy.
