  • 150 g plain Greek yogurt (2%)
  • 50 g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 25 g granola
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 10 g sliced almonds

Instructions

In a serving glass or bowl, add half of the Greek yogurt as the first layer.

Layer half of the mixed berries over the yogurt evenly.

Sprinkle half of the granola over the layer of berries.

Add the remaining Greek yogurt on top of the granola layer.

Layer the remaining mixed berries over the yogurt.

Drizzle with honey over the berries.

Top the parfait with the remaining granola and sliced almonds for extra crunch.

Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 1 hour if you prefer it chilled.
