Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 3/4 cup low-sugar granola
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

Wash the mixed berries gently under cold water and let them drain in a colander.

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey. Stir until well combined and smooth.

In a glass or jar, layer 1/4 cup of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.

Add a spoonful of mixed berries over the yogurt layer evenly.

Sprinkle a layer of 2 tablespoons of granola over the berries.

Repeat the layers by adding another 1/4 cup of yogurt, then berries, followed by granola.

Top the final layer with the remaining yogurt, and finish with the rest of the mixed berries and granola.

Sprinkle the chia seeds evenly on top for added texture and nutrition.

Drizzle with a small amount of honey if desired to add extra sweetness.
