Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Peel and dice the sweet potato into small cubes.
Place the sweet potato cubes on a baking tray. Drizzle with half a teaspoon of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Roast the sweet potato in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, turning halfway through, until soft and golden brown.
While the sweet potato is roasting, season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper, and the chopped dill.
Place the seasoned salmon fillet on a baking sheet lines with parchment paper.
Slice the lemon in half. Squeeze half of the lemon over the salmon and place the other half of the lemon aside for serving.
Bake the salmon in the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until just cooked through and flakey.
While the salmon is baking, cut the broccoli into florets and steam them for 5-7 minutes until tender yet crisp.
Plate the baked salmon with roasted sweet potato cubes and steamed broccoli. Garnish with a slice of lemon and an extra sprinkle of dill, if desired.
