Ingredients

  • 600 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 120 g crunchy granola
  • 225 g mixed berries
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 30 g sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 6 leaves fresh mint

Instructions

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under cold running water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Set aside.

Divide the Greek yogurt into three equal parts (approximately 200g each).

In each serving glass or bowl, layer 1/3 of the yogurt at the bottom.

Sprinkle 1/3 of the granola (about 40g) evenly over the yogurt in each glass.

Add 1/3 of the mixed berries (approximately 75g) over the granola.

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over the berries in each glass.

If using, sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of chia seeds over the honey layer in each glass.

Top with 1/3 of the sliced almonds (10g) evenly distributed.

Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up, ending with a sprinkle of almonds on top.

Garnish each parfait with fresh mint leaves before serving.
