Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix the plain 2% Greek yogurt with the chia seeds until well combined.

Spoon half of the yogurt and chia seed mixture into a glass or bowl to form the first layer.

Add a layer of half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt.

Sprinkle half of the granola evenly over the berries.

Repeat the layers: Add the remaining yogurt and chia seed mixture, followed by the remaining mixed berries.

Finish with a layer of the remaining granola on top.

Drizzle the honey evenly over the top of the parfait.

Serve immediately for best texture, or refrigerate for up to 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
