Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix the plain Greek yogurt and 1 teaspoon of honey until well combined.

Take a serving glass or bowl and add a layer of the yogurt mixture at the base.

Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer in the glass.

Sprinkle a layer of chia seeds over the berries.

Add another layer of yogurt on top of the chia seeds and berries.

Top with the remaining mixed berries.

Sprinkle granola over the top layer of berries.

Finish with a small drizzle of honey over the top for added sweetness.
