Ingredients

  • 4 slices Ciabatta or panini rolls
  • 200 g Sliced roasted turkey breast
  • 100 g Provolone or fontina cheese
  • 1 handful Arugula
  • 4 tablespoons Nut-free pesto
  • 400 g Tomato soup
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

1

Preheat a panini press or grill pan over medium heat.

2

Slice the ciabatta rolls in half and spread 1 tablespoon of nut-free pesto on the inside of each half.

3

Layer 50g of sliced roasted turkey on the bottom half of each roll.

4

Add 25g of provolone or fontina cheese on top of the turkey.

5

Place a handful of arugula over the cheese.

Top the sandwich with the other half of the roll, pressing down gently.
