Boil 3 cups of water in a large microwave-safe bowl.
Mix in 3 cups of sugar until crystal clear.
Whisk in 25-30 7.5 ml scoops of Kava acid reduced instant coffee.
Optionally, add 1 tbsp of vanilla extract and 1/2 tbsp of salt for flavor.
Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
Pour into a preferred container such as an empty and cleaned soda stream syrup bottle.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Mix 1 1/2 cap full of the mixture or more into Coke or any off-brand Coke.
